3 years ago, I went to Sichuan with my parents, at that time, I ate a food that I can never forget, but I don`t know what the dish is called.
The food was very colourful and inviting. There was a big rice crust in it, which was fried a golden yellow. It smelt very inviting. On the top of the rice crust, there was a fish which was steamed with bean curd, and on the top of that were many chilis and onios.While enjoying this dish, you should take a dish of golden yellow colored fried rice crust into one hand, and hold the bowl of hot juicy soup in your other hand. Quickly povrth hot juice onto the rice crust and fish. It sends out a sound, full of wit and humour.The juice includes mushrooms, chilis, tomato and so on. So this food tastes a bittle sour , a little sweet and a little spicy. The rice crust is very flaky and crispy, when the juice was sprinkled on it, the rice crust becames more delicious.
