3 years ago, I went to Sichuan with my parents, at that time, I ate a food that I can never forget, but I don`t know what the dish is called.
The food was very colourful and inviting. There was a big rice crust in it, which was fried a golden yellow. It smelt very inviting. Quickly povrth hot juice onto the rice crust and fish. It sends out a sound, full of wit and humour.The juice includes mushrooms, chilis, tomato and so on. So this food tastes a bittle sour , a little sweet and a little spicy. The rice crust is very flaky and crispy, when the juice was sprinkled on it, the rice crust becames more delicious.
